PPM ratings can provide great insight into how a Talk Show is performing. Below is an example of an email I sent to a show displaying how they performed by Quarter-Hour against other sports talk programming. This snapshot helped to identify audience flow and what programming elements were successful. These emails would be followed up with a discussion between the talent and myself.
